I few years ago, perhaps 10, I had my KC Keyer repaired by Lance.  LANCE
JOHNSON ENGINEERING P.O. BOX 7363 KANSAS CITY, MO 64116.

 

If that is a dead end, I have a good working KC-1 that you could buy for
$120.  It was last used when hand logging was the norm.
