Yes a manual, but has to be the most useless manual I have ever seen.

I can not imagine spending 150+ dollars on something that has no spec's at all.

when set on the 8 Mhz cut off. how many db down is 20 meters, 15? 10?

3db? 6db? 20db?, None?

who knows?
