I have no issues with Lutron Caseta on all bands 2200m to 70cm with the
smart bridge and my setup therefore works with Alexa. I found that newer
switches from reputable brands don’t cause issue but also the bulb you use
matters. Some LEDs give problems but some only when used with dimmers and
some only when they age. Likely culprit is capacitors failing.

Also beware of GFCI and AFCI required by recent codes. They trip on RF,
sometimes very destructively. Newer ones don’t have issue as they have
proper filtering.
