SCV stands for "Santa Clara Valley" which is his ARRL section. That should
be correct. For the non-US stations it should be "DX".
Jim, your header looks the same as mine apart from the filled-in
information. So I too don't have a clue to what is wrong with your log.
I case you have already figured it out, please share that with us. I'm kind
of curious ;-)
