The known bug that makes the input audio level change to max in the 64 bits
version is still there. Keep that in mind when you start the program, or
use the 32 bits version.

Also, RC7 is not backward compatible with RC6. The cycle length increased
to 7.5 seconds, and the signal bandwidth is reduced to 80 Hz.
