problem is solved
I think I used exit or cancel when exiting the first time I sent a QTC. I
deleted all the SQTC information (3/10 blocks same stations I think) now it's
back to normal.
Thanks for the answer and support.
I forget about the shortcuts I make in the same competition every year. Input
for QTC: CTRL-Z
and after QTC sending
output: CTRL-Z
