[CQ-Contest] Dr DX code

I have a vague feeling the Dr DX code was written (yes written) out in a
1980s edition of the ARRL operating manual. I think it was the 4th edition.
Unfortunately I don't have a copy any longer to confirm it.

I can't remember what it was coded in but if I was to take a stab I'd say
it was Basic.
