[CQ-Contest] Question about category

How to define "Single Operator" is one of those big, hairy questions that
will never be answered, like "Is Earth flat?"

The answer -- of course -- is to create new categories to cover every
possible situation. Amend the rules! After all, the Founding Fathers of
Contesting weren't perfect. Entrants could even create their own category,
that way everybody gets a certificate. Everybody wins!

There could even be a plaque for "Most Imaginative Self-Categorization."
