[CQ-Contest] Distributed Multi in WPX Is a Terrible Idea!

This is another train wreck for single-ops AND for little-guns, because 
not only does it reduce the number of stations to work, it also takes 
the prefixes of those operators off the playing field, reducing the 
number of available mults!  The thing that makes WPX a fun contest for 
those outside the Atlantic Basin is that prefixes are far more evenly 
available to stations around the world than are country mults.
