I think what happens is someone volunteers for the WPX Director job. Realizes that 80% of the work deals with accusing, verifying, communicating, getting screamed at centered around cheating for spotting assistance. The job is WAY easier if spotting is allowed in SO categories. Done. Maybe if one our retired contesters wants to step up for the job, and is okay with that management being part of it, they could allow AA3B an easier exit without so drastically changing one of the major contests and eliminating a slate of records. Anyone? Ed N1UR (not retired) _______________________________________________ CQ-Contest mailing list CQ-Contest@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/cq-contest |
