As the guy on the CAC who wrote the words that someone in HQ re-wrote to
weaken them, and who lived 80% of my years as a ham on a city with low
wires, I think it's a great idea. I championed it as soon as I saw the
suggestion from a group of hams, in the SE, I think. And from 3830
posts, it's clear that it's been quite popular.
