On groups.io and email reflectors, some like the push model and get every
individual post, and some just get a daily digest pushed to them.
Some, like me, prefer the pull model and go to the web site and quickly view
the list of messages and replies and skip many (most) of them.
Physical cards were always the push model, though I guess sending a check or
not  having envelopes on file kinda enabled "pull" only... These email QSLs
just add the push to digital QSL images, where eQSL is pull.
Note that QSLworld has an unsubscribe link at the bottom -
https://qslworld.com/unsubscribe/?callsign=YOURCALL ; I think the other ones do,
as well.
Or  you can just declare them as spam in your email client.
