[CQ-Contest] CQ WW SSB Raw Scores Update

Good evening,

In the course of our preliminary log checking work, we have discovered a 
scoring issue with the SSB Raw scores that affected a small number of logs that 
used X-QSO.  The issue has been fixed and the raw scores have been updated.
