A high-performance station is only part of the story.

WWROF Chair Tim Duffy, K3LR, was recently featured in RSGB RadCom,
highlighting his Pennsylvania station—one of the top stations in amateur
radio. If you follow cq-contest, you probably already know K3LR as a
world-class superstation.

But that is not the whole story.

A second feature from HamSCI highlights something equally important: what
that level of capability makes possible. Not just contesting, but bringing
people together, advancing the radio art and science, and creating
opportunities for learning, growth, and the next generation.

That connection is central to the WWROF mission. We believe amateur radio
is at its best when excellence does more than produce results—when it helps
strengthen the community, develop people, and move the service forward.

Together, these two articles tell that fuller story.
