Super Check Partial

Steve, Version 9 (currently in beta testing) reverts back to the previous
2 character automatic Check/SuperPartial.

I agree with you that an "on the fly" switch to ENABLE/DISABLE
SuperCheckPartial would be handy.  SCP is useful when running stations, but
not so much so when in S&P mode.
