CT V9 Two Radio Control ?

There is a minor change suggested by AB6FO that affects what happens to CQ
sending when you enter stuff into the input field.

I believe Ken has bigger plans, but they didn't make Version 9.01.  When I got
9.01 I was assured that a more substantial update was coming before the fall
contest season.  Hopefully multi-rig support will be included.  It's not there
now.
