Deleting the last QSO

Deleting the last QSO might be easy to implement for a single-op
station but would probably do the wrong thing if used at a multi-multi.
Between the time you move your finger and the time the QSO was deleted
another contact may have been made by another station.

In CT version 9 you can just mark the QSO as "BAD".  It stays in the
log but doesn't count.  (Some versions of CT V8 have that too, but the
utilities don't understand it).
