What is the best way to implement the changes to the CTY.DAT file to have
the correct "country" come up in my logging program for these contacts.
This references the posting by IT9BLB who says IH9 and IG9 will count as
Italy in CQWW. Should
I (we) simply add IG9 and IH9 to the Italy listing in CTY.DAT for all to
work out correctly during the contest computer logging and scoring? Thanks
