Eric I had the same problem so I copied the bin into ct9.20 and did 
another writelog.  this time the freqs were there in full.  I used 9.10 
for the contest because it has a poll setting feature which has been 
dropped from other versions....but its writelog did not generate a log 
which showed EXACT frequencies.. just bands.
