No, you need laptops with two serial ports, one for the radio and
one for the network.  Any laptop with a PCMCIA slot will usually
be capable of supporting a serial card in that slot, giving you
the second serial port you need.

If you can't borrow or rent such a laptop, and you're left with only
one port, forget the radio control part and use the network.  It
buys you more (dual logging, message passing with Alt-G, full log
info. available at all times, better super-check, etc.).

Just remember when you change bands you have to change both the radio
and CT.
