CT 9.27 now available on CT BBS

    C9.27 is available on the CT-BBS. This now supports the FT100MP corrrectly.
I beleive I have fixed the FT890 and FT990 problems, but I don't have a radio to
test. If you have a radio, please download CT9.27 and test it for me. I have
placed a copy of CT9.27 at  ftp.packetcluster.com, if this is easier.
