[ct-user] Ver 8 and Win 95

I am using ver. 8.XX of CT and trying to run it in win 95 environment.  All
seems well except it tells me that my radio is out of band and will not
allow me to finish a qso.  When I disable the radio (which btw changes bands
just fine but will not allow me to display the freq?) it works ok.

Any ideas?
