Back in the old days of ct-user@eng.pko.dec.com, you *could* get binary
files from the ct-user-request address. Lyndon's system doesn't have that
capability, and I don't think he wants it to.
However, there is an E-mail FTP server at Digital, which I will try to
configure the list manager @VE7TCP to use (with Lyndon's blessing, of
course). This will not happen for a week or two, too much other stuff
going on.
