[ct-user] FD Novice bug

I purchased the latest update of CT (v9.27) at Dayton.  I was told that this
version would take care of the Novice/Satellite bug reported last year.  It
doesn't appear to have been fixed as far as I can tell.  The program still
will not allow any qso's logged under 10N, 15N, 40N, 80N or SAT.

Anyone have a different experience?
