[ct-user] v 9.28 cw broken?

I was alerted to no cw in v 9.28. I tried it on my system with the same 
interface and rig I've been using CT with. LPT1 doesn't seem to work now. I 
switched back and forth between v 9.27 and 9.28, cw works on 9.27 but not 9.28

Is this something I'm doing wrong or is it another bug with 9.28?

Check it before FD!
