[ct-user] New country files for CT/NA/TRLOG - 17 October 1997

I made a couple of corrections to the country files, so I'm releaing
7.03.  Please refer to my announcement of 12 October 1997 for
information on how to obtain the files.

Here are the changes:

        * EM2I removed from Antarctica, CE9
        * A41KT/SJ, A41LZ/SJ, A45XR/SJ and A47RS/SJ added to callsign
          list for Oman, A4 (otherwise they would be scored as
          Sweden).
