[ct-user] Video card problems

I am running CT 9.31 and having trouble with the Video display showing
the spots. On some calls it will miss some of the call or freq. I have
the same problem with Logic 4, my logging program. The Video card works
all right with paKet 6.1. Any ideas? I have a 386 SX 16 and run DOS 6.22
with a VGA Video card. 
Also, is anybody using the DVP board? How much does it cost and is it
