Perhaps Kenny means it's a Win 95/NT console application. That is, it's not
GUI but rather runs in a console ("MS-DOS") window. That's *not* the same
thing as a DOS program. A Win 95/NT console-mode program is a 32-bit program
that can do all of the stuff a 32-bit Windows program can do (like, for
instance, make TCP/IP connections) but lacks the GUI.

I'm running 98 b1a as I type.......runs CT just finer....in fact finer than
95. Run it in a "DOS" window and it doesn't mind a bit....in fact I have
run 4 sessions of CT each talking to a different serial port and keying 2
different parallel ports for CW (only because I've only got 2 parallel
ports).
