Keep track of you acknowledgements.  If you dont get one back, email
blunt@arrl.org and ask him to check on it.  ARRL can be fairly slow in
acknowledging receipt of logs when they are busy, so dont panic and you could
probably wait a few more weeks or so before bothering Billy Lunt, but just
stay on top of it and email him when you feel it's appropriate and he'll check
on things for you.

say that E-Mailed log sheets should be in the CT LOG format with the contest
