Hi Guys,
Next Thursday, April the 23rd, during a memorial and demonstrative
event, in the presence of public and authorities, a special amateur
station, II4GM, will be activated from the nearby of the Guglielmo
Marconi's birthplace.
Togheter a number of qsos with any amateur radio station around the
world (later confirmed by a special qsl card), it will be of great
interest if any amateur station placed in some of the areas of
Marconi's famous experiments, i.e. New Foundland, will be present
around 16:00 GMT to try a two-way qso in any of the opened HF bands.
In order to arrange some schedule in detail (band & frequencies),
those station are invited to return an E-mail confirmation to this
address as soon as it is possible.
