That's a pretty strange COM port assignment, but it should work if everything
is configured properly.
Make sure you are using version 9.27 or later. The MP interface is broken on
earlier versions. In addition, make sure your clarifier is turned off (or
cleared) unless you are running version 9.32 or later.

Subject: [ct-user] FT-1000MP and CT problems.
I need a help with CT and FT-1000MP configuration and changing bands.
I can change the bands of my transceiver from the keyboard (alt-F1, alt-F-2)
but when I want to log in QSO by ENTER there is: "Out of band! 18075300"
information on the bottom of the screen (I was on the 21.005). I tried several
times and still the same.
Let me show the steps I make with computer and CT:
1. First I turn on FT-1000 MP.
2. Next start my computer with Win 95, when it is loaded I close it and start
DOS.
3. I load TSR and start CT, make all configurations. Changing bands works, but
I can't log QSOs.
I have checked the "com" configuration and have the following ports:
a. com 1 - irq 10 (I switch it manually from 4 - it was conflict with com 3)
b. com 2 - irq 05 (it was 3 and conflict with com 4)
c. com 3 - irq 4 (I can not change it)
d. com 4 - irq 3
The same results I have if I start my computer without Win 95 by pressing F8
and do not load Win 95.
I also tried with computer configured with the same IRQ on two ports, as was
at the original configuration of my computer.
