[ct-user] CT 9.37 & Changing Time

Just to add another problem into the mix. I attempted to use the CTRL-F 
to change the time of a QSO under CT 9.37. It accepted the time but when 
I hit enter, the time on the QSO was set to the current time not the one 
I specified. Under 9.27, it changed it to the time I specified.
