I'm just reviewing old messages. Please note that CT supports leading zeros
via the -LZ switch when starting CT. Also, CW abbreviations are supported
via the text commands CWABBREV and NOCWABBREV from within CT. I suspect
most folks want a "T" for leading zeros only. CT doesn't do that yet.

Hi Gary and group,

>>...sending numbers<<

I found this easy enough, but what I find a bit disconcerting is that CT
does not send leading zeros for low numbers, i.e. 5995 or 59935 instead of
599005 or 599035 as we would have heard it in the old days. Granted, for
serious contesters this is only an issue for the first half hour or so, but
I
still wonder if this can be fixed for us qrp'ers, slow pokes and casual
"cherry pickers."

>>...major JA run...<<

Were there any this contest? Conditions sounded pretty punky on my dipole
in
Brooklyn Saturday afternoon. <s>

Frank
