[ct-user] IARU Mult's changed

CT already logs AC, R1, R2 and R3 as an HQ multiplier.   In fact anything 
other than zone number digits get logged as HQ mulitlpliers.    Thanks to 
Ken Wolff for thinking about this before IARU/ARRL ever thought about 
adding these extra multipliers!

p.s. For IARU bring up the very helpful zone map with Alt Z but the only 
way to exit the map is to press F10.   Pressing Alt Z again or pressing the 
escape key does nothing (at least on my PCs).    See you all in IARU!
