[ct-user] DRSI support broke in CT 9.37?

Using DRSI card successfully with 9.33, upgraded to 9.37 DRSI no longer
works.

Yes I did type the DRSI command just in case, although it is not needed in
9.33 by the way.

I don't know which release broke it as I skipped from 9.33 right to 9.37.

Anyone else observe this?
