With all respect to Steve, this is NOT the way to correct the problem. You
have to log the callsign that the station sends, not some made-up portable
call to get CT to score it right.

The CORRECT solution is to have downloaded the updated country files that I
announced two weeks ago.  It has TO8B and a number of other changes in it.

Not having done that, you can type TO8B=FM into CT's callsign field and it
will update the country file you have "on the fly".  This would also work
with the unknown China callsign B1Z=BY.
