[ct-user] F2 KEY AND CW

Well, it is a year now and I am still trying to get my F2 key to send some
CW.

Configuration is DOS
Cw port on COM 4 or LPT1
Radio on COM 3
TNC on COM2

I can set the exchange but the rig will not key.  The insert key works fine
using the exchange I set.  I have switched keyboards AND computers with no
success! HELP anyone PLEASE!!

I am going into about my 5th contest without this key functioning
