[ct-user] Do we need a complete update? (was Blank Help Screen)

I probably agree that a version 10 would be well overdue if for nothing else
than to give Ken a financial incentive.


Version 9 has been around for a long time now and all of us who have been
using it (probably the cheapest part of out station) should consider
ourselves lucky not to have been paying an anual maintenance fee!
