[ct-user] ct 939 update rev2

Hi all...revd an email from Ken and I went into config.sys and disabled
EMM386...ct939 now seems to work fine...rig control is fine, and the
network is humming nicely...felt that I should report back, since I had the
initial problems with 9.39....I am running the whole network all day, with
packet and logging on some of the computers...all seems ok...de Rick
