[ct-user] CT "Time On" Clock

Thanks for all the replies about the CT clock.

I was staring at it all along in the rate window.  Funny, I've looked at
that window many times, but somehow filtered out the clock lines,
remembering only the rate lines.

I also got additional tips about the clock's threshold.
