[ct-user] C2A and 9.39

Just tried to convert my ARRL DX .bin file in 9.39 to ADIF using C2A.  No
QSOs processed.  Seems to work OK with 9.38 and earlier.  Anyone else
experience this, or is this PEBCAK(problem exists betweeen chair and
keyboard)?
