[ct-user] No rig control V9.39 and IC765

I am not able to get the rig control on my IC 765 working since I installed
9.39, it was working fine using 9.37, anyone eles with this problem ?   have
you found how to make it work ? would like to get it to work here again, had
to use 9.37 on last contest  because it did not work when I tried it then.
