I had a similar problem except that every time I attempted to log a 15 meter
contact,  the log changed
back to 20 meters.   I then would have to correct the entry and go through
the same thing again.   This
was disconcerting when it was over an 100 an hour rate!   Cured it by
eliminating any reference to any
radio.  Had a TS-940 and erased any reference to it anywhere and it stopped
doing it.  Doesn't help
if you wanted to incorporate the radio,  but sure made the logging easier!
