These are not errors - it is the way it's always been.  CT uses a different 
internal band-numbering scheme for FD which "appears" to confuse 
B2R9.  However, B2R9 and R2B9 complement each other, so the data *looks* 
wrong, but R2B9 does the right thing with it.

If you're trying to use the .RES data to import into a logging program, you 
should be using the CT to ADIF conversion utility instead.
