[ct-user] QLG file?

I printed out DARC's tips and hints for WAE test computer loggers.  One file
they would like submitted is a *.QLG file.  But my WRITELOG didn't create a
QLG file (QTC file yes, QLG no).

Is the QLG file something only for the EU side, or do I have to enter
another command?
As an aside, the WAE is one great contest!
