[ct-user] Radio 1/2 Bit

Looking through the release notes and I am confused. See a reference to
moving the radio control bit from LPT1 to LPT2 in 9.33 then a note that it
is on LPT1 pin 14 in 9.34. 

Which is it? Is it both? Only LPT PIN out info I saw on the web was from
1995.. assuming it is a bit dated.
