In checking out 9.44 (probably in 9.45 also) I looked at the Pass function
which we have
not used before at W3PP. Seems that a pass toggles the pass window on networked
positions. That is to say that if the pass window is opened, it closes when
you pass.
If it is closed, it opens when you pass.
If you are using the pass function, and the pass turns window off, you will
enjoy some
frustration due to having to turn it back on. If you are not using the pass
window and
a pass occurs, your pass window comes on, and you must take an action to turn it
off. Similar to the old Gab window that stayed on, until in recent versions
where it
times out.
What do you guys think is the best solution?
        Leave as is
Turn off the toggle, and activate window
Activate only for positions on that band
        time out the pass window
or some combination of the above, or new solution?

Thanks and 73 Dallas W3PP
