Use the "CT_TIME" utility.

Type "ct_time xyz nnn"

Whereas xyz is the binfile name, and nnn is the amount of minutes you need
the log to be corrected.

For example, in your case "ct_time 99cqww 420".

This would advance your log times ahead 7 hours. Then do a B2R then import.

If you don't have the utility, I'm sure its available at www.k1ea.com.
