[ct-user] CW Keying in 9.46

I just tested the current 9.46 and had no problem.  I previously had an RFI
problem with any version of CT which was solved by putting the metal case
back on the PC.

So, see if the problem goes away with reduced power or different beam
heading or with ferrite cores on the leads to the laptop.

Did you go back to 9.27 and see if the problem went away?

If all else fails and 9.27 works, use 9.27.......
