My first comment has to do with this message going to numerous reflectors.
That's probably not a good idea. This sort of "broadcast" results in a lot
of bounced mail.

Second, is that regardless of where he actually was, when your log is
reviewed by CQ, it will be re-scored with the "official" countries file and
whether or not you decided it was South Shetland, or Antarctica, makes no
difference. The official re-scoring will correct it and count it
roperly( or at least consistently across all logs).

Also, Antarctica (continent - not country) comprises 8 different zones and
numerous different country entities. I suspect that the answer you were
given was equivalent to me responding that I'm in "North America" when I'm
operating from V2.

Bob

Tried loading single file " MSVCIRT.DLL" in windows\system
that prompted request for 'WS2_32.DLL"
As suggested by AD1C Jim , from K1EA site I linked to
Download "ws295dsk.exe" .. ran that but also had to
find and run ws32 setup contained in one of the Winsock folders.
Program will now boot from mouse click at least I can now look at the
familiar screen hi!
Thanks for all the clues and help.
